Lion King North American Tour Fort Lauderdale FL Schedule – March 06 to 30, 2025

Disney’s The Lion King Musical North American Tour will be coming to Fort Lauderdale Florida in March 2025. The Lion King Au-Rene Theater Broward Center For The Performing Arts performances will start on March 06 and continue through March 30, 2025.

Lion King musical, is almost like the film, follows the arc of the young lion, Simba, whose wise, ruling father, Mufasa is killed by the nefarious Uncle Scar. Scar and his band of hyena followers take over the lands of Pride Rock. Based on the 1994 Disney animated film, this blockbuster opened on Broadway in October 1997 and is still playing.

Lion King Musical on tour is currently playing Minneapolis, MN through April 28, 2024. The North American tour of Disney’s The Lion King will celebrate its 22nd anniversary on Saturday, April 27 in Minneapolis. Since the North American tour launched in April 2002, The Lion King has welcomed over 23 million theatergoers, making it North America’s longest-running and most-attended Broadway tour.
