Lion King Remains Strong at Broadway Box Office Late Summer
On Broadway, Lion King grossed $1,546,227 and had a 96.6% attendance rate for the week ending August 29, 2010. Lion King was one of only four shows last week that remained in the millionaire’s club. The 21 shows on the boards grossed $16,139,305, slipping just under 7% from the previous week.
