Over 21 million theatregoers have seen The Lion King touring productions in North America for more than 20 years. The Lion King comes to Philadelphia at the Academy Of Music<\/a> after more than 9,000 performances in over 90 cities across North at the Lion King tour<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Philadelphians can also expect to see two local cast members on Pride Rock: Nick LaMedica, who plays ‘Zazu,’ is from Newark, Delaware. Eric Bean, Jr., a member of the ensemble, graduated from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
